Disney Trip

Really have to thank God for a wonderful weather on my Disney day trip. I was so worry that it's gonna be pouring down rain, but it was sunny and not too hot in the morning. It only started to rain when we were ready to leave, how lucky!
I've heard so many people saying how small Disney HK was and now I know what they meant. It really is a small world afterall :p Well, I guess there'll be more attractions opening up in the future but right now there's not much to see. I enjoyed the most was the Winnie the Pooh ride, we got to ride on the honey pot and read his story through the ride. I took so many pictures in this attraction coz even since I was young I prefered Winnie the Pooh than other Disney characters. If you've seen any of his cartoon, you would know his voice doesn't really match his funny look, but I like the way he enjoys his honey, dresses up in different costume (especially like the raincoat one), and all his adventures with his friends in the forest.
The next bit I love the most in this trip was the Lion King performance. Me and my honey did not expect it would be such a great show as we had to choose between Lion King and Mickey Mouse magic show, and of coz I rather see the Lion King than Mickey (sorry, not a big fan :p) All the dancers and singers performed so well and so professional. I could tell they were all enjoying that very much, their smiles were coming from their hearts, and since I still remember the songs so well and I sang along with them... kakaka

The other thing people said about Disney HK was the food was very expensive. Well, really depends on what you're ordering and how many people you are. For us, we thought it was acceptable though. We ordered a pizza and a burger to share, that cost us HK100 plus. Maybe I was too excited on that day so I didn't eat too much... hehe Take a look at the Mickey Mouse shaped pizza, it's so cute, and the size of the burger was actually quite big. Not bad right?

Last but not least, souvenir of this trip... haha. I thought it's gonna be similar to Disney Paris, so I was prepare to buy a nice bowl or plate but too bad that Disney HK doesn't sell stuff like that. Only the typical stuff like clothes, caps, bags, kiddy stuff, etc. We walked into a crystal shop and saw so many nice stuff there, then a big shinny ring caught my eyes. I tried it on and it was just the style I've been longing for. It was not expensive but it's so weird to buy a ring in Disney, don't you think? So I hesitated and ended up my honey bought me a watch instead. I've been wearing that everyday since then. Nice huh? Thanks honey! muah muah!
I think we won't go to Disney HK again until they have more attractions open, but I'm sure I'll visit Winnie the Pooh again. Pooh Pooh I love you!
My next trip will be in Singapore... yeah.... Must have Hainan Chicken, roti pata?(not sure about the spelling but Lihoon dear knows what I mean :p) Sorry that need you and your hobby to bring us around again la, can't wait!
